ELECTRIC IRELAND MOBILE APP
My Role
Lead Product Designer for the rollout of a new B2C mobile app for one of Ireland’s leading energy providers, overseeing the product experience from discovery through to delivery across a 19-month engagement.
Working within a hybrid scrum-waterfall delivery model, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to design responsive, customer-focused experiences aligned to both user needs and business goals. With no existing design system in place, I helped establish scalable UI foundations while applying and evolving the client’s brand guidelines across the mobile experience.
My role covered end-to-end UX/UI design including user journeys, wireframing, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, stakeholder management, and iterative delivery. I also facilitated user testing sessions, consolidating research and feedback into actionable insights that informed product decisions and improved the overall customer experience.
The result was a scalable, intuitive mobile platform that transformed complex energy services into accessible and engaging digital experiences for customers.
